52 Tuesdays brings together the long-term creative partnership of Sophie Hyde (Director) and Bryan Mason (DOP/Editor) with writer Matthew Cormack, under the Closer Productions banner. Following on from their successful collaboration on the award-winning short film My Last Ten Hours With You, the team will be focusing their passion for creating innovative low budget, performance-based films into their first feature film. 52 Tuesdays will be the culmination of a shared interest in distinctive characters, intimate storytelling and unique creative processes.

52 Tuesdays will shoot every Tuesday over the course of one year, tracking the physical and emotional changes in their central characters as well as their real-world surroundings within a fictional film. This ambitious set of rules lays the grounds for a unique work that embraces the low budget aesthetic and evolves the themes and style of the team's previous work.
