We are looking to find filmmakers of real talent, with real original voices who have something to say.Stephen Cleary, FilmLab Key Consultant
In 2009, indie horror filmmaker, Ursula Dabrowsky, completed the first instalment of her Demon Trilogy, the self-financed psychological horror film, Family Demons. She has recently obtained financing through the SAFC's FilmLab initiative to make the second instalment, Inner Demon, a supernatural revenge horror film.

REVIEWS on Family Demons
"Dabrowsky has used her influences to create a film that is at times atmospheric, kinetic, haunting and visceral. It's clear to see why her first feature is getting rave reviews at film festivals overseas, including the Best Australian Director award at the 2009 Night of Horror International Film Festival in Sydney, Australia."
Brian Matus, FANGORIA
"Ursula has crafted a nifty, original and effective film...it contains a twist that I certainly didn't see coming."
David Nolte, CRIMSON CELLULOID
"Family Demons plays with the time-space continuum in that it shows very important details out of sequence. The effect is great; sort of like what was accomplished by Momento's back and forth depiction of a person slowly losing their mind."
Superheidi, PRETTY/SCARY
"Surprisingly accomplished for such a low-budget piece, well directed."
