The Kiss Wins Dendy Award

FilmLab team Ashlee Page and Sonya Humphrey have won Best (Live Action) Short Film for The Kiss at the 2010 Sydney Film Festival Dendy Awards.
The Screen Australia/SAFC funded short film (based on a Peter Goldsworthy story) premiered at the festival, alongside SAFC funded short Bad Language, by Viron Papadopous, which also went on to win, picking up the CRC Award for a film about a multicultural perspective.
The team's FilmLab feature is currently in script development and is expected to be completed by late 2011.
